Nappy rash tips: . 1. Remove the cause of the rash- the nappy! Try to get nappy free time in as much as you can. Prepare for little puddles on your kitchen floor though 😅 . 2. Pat gently. Don’t wipe. . 3. Look for barrier creams with with zinc, paraffin, lanolin, glycerin. . 4. Note that you don’t need to wipe the barrier cream off each time you change the nappy. . 5.
