What I keep on hand for calving, dam and calf, plus a small bit on metabolic problems. A LOT of metabolic issues can be prevented through correct nutrition. The girls that have problems here are big registered Holsteins that are 6 years old and up. Also meant to say 4 to 6 hours MAXIMUM for colostrum.
