Let’s can some diced tomatoes 🍅 I didn’t do these last year and now I’m wondering why. They are so versatile and can be turned into marinara later if you don’t need them as diced. However, I am enjoying not having to purchase diced tomatoes in a can from the store and with our abundance of tomatoes right now, this is an easy way to preserve them. 1.
