Overhand vs Underhand Rows, which one is gonna give you a bigger back? Overhand rows help you target more of the upper back because your elbows are more flared out. Underhand Rows help you target more Lats because your elbows are closer to your body. You should be hitting both these areas if you are trying to grow your back.
