Darwin Gabriel Núñez Ribeiro (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈdaɾwin ˈnuɲeθ]; [3] born 24 June 1999) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Liverpool and the Uruguay national team. Núñez came through Peñarol 's youth academy, being promoted to the first team in 2017.
