Scarlet Overkill (born 1927) is the main antagonist of the film Minions, the prequel in the Despicable Me franchise. She is a world-famous supervillain, the wife of Herb Overkill and the former boss of Kevin, Stuart and Bob. She is voiced by Sandra Bullock.

Scarlet and Herb survive the explosion and reappear alive during Kevin's knighting ceremony.
