I will very rarely be in deep mud(it is not on the priority list, just if I'm on a trail and I'm forced to cross it and I can, that's all I need). I want to be more of a rock bouncer/crawler.

It has 38 inch tires, 5.37? gears, power plant is a L33 alum block 5.3, stock bottom, 243 heads, valve spring upgrade, brian toolie stage2 cam, fitech fuel injection with vic jr intake.

Aug 22, 2010 · Has anyone ever thought of using a fully active suspension in a rock crawler? The advantages would be huge. I actually finished a project to implement a computer controlled hydraulic suspension system on a 4x4. It’s nothing like you would image a hydraulic suspension would be. You’re probably imagining a jerky low rider style system.

The trans I'm looking at comes with a Precision of New Hampton 4701 ssa-mx at 2300 rpm stall I'm looking at a Precision of New Hampton 4601 amrv with a low stall at 1100 rpm stall (think makes more sence)
