Oct 16, 2023 · It works on Old Teams but not the New Teams. I've gone to Settings > System > Notifications and Actions and tried turning notifications on and off and one or the other, but the red dot notification thing isn't on the icon in my taskbar like it used to be.

If it is already enabled, try to check if Microsoft Teams is enabled as a notification sender. Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and make sure that Teams is enabled.
