When I plug a set of headphones into the front panel port on the front of the PC, the "Speakers (R) Realtek Audio" glitches by disappearing then reappearing, repeatedely.

There is realtek folder in my program files, but it doesnt work, doesnt show in my device manager or task manager. It doesnt open any program too when i double-click the realtek program from its installation folder, still, the program is there.

Normal speakers are internal to the monitor and monitor works fine. There are separate corded headphones that also are not recognised.

The problem is that when I try plugging in a headphone or set of speakers to either of the Audio Output jacks -- front or rear -- the Realtek Audio Manager doesn't recognize that anything has been plugged in.
