Oct 31, 2022 · install Netflix app through App Store or watch through edge. You cannot watch 4k Netflix anywhere except Edge or the Netflix app. watch your show. Press ctrl+alt+shift+d to see the stream quality info. In Edge, this didn’t work when full screen. Lastly, hdr+ subtitles will make it stutter. Turn off either and it’s smooth.

I have a premium plan, and my internet speed is sufficient (100 Mbps D/L) The settings are to stream in high quality. What gives? 4k works fine on my smart TV. Just for the hell of it, you could refresh your IP address.

May 14, 2019 · To stream Netflix in 4K on a PC, you have to use Windows 10---you don't do this on Windows 7. You must use either use Netflix's website in the Microsoft Edge browser or stream with the Netflix app from the Store. Update: You may also need to install the HEVC Video Extensions package from the Windows Store.
