For New Outlook, you may check following Microsoft article and know basic key feature supported: Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows. I am so sorry that there is no direct options or available features in New Outlook.

I think that a certificate problem at my e-mail providor, causes that Outlook Classic does work with this e-mail adress and Outlook New does not. On the question whether MS Mail will stay available for looking in old messages: A, I am not succesfull in exporting all the email messages.

Oct 9, 2024 · There is the win Mail app and MS Outlook as a component of some Office desktop suites "New Outlook" will be perminent at eoy. In OL desktop, Classic & New Outlook or simply Views. I run Desktop Classic OL with multiple maila ccounts, and the win11 Mail app (new Outlook) with the same mail accounts without issue, all on multiple devices

Feb 26, 2021 · It updated Outlook and moved my email, calendar, and people icons from the bottom of the folder pane to a separate bar to the left of the folder pane. They also added icons for Office apps. I don't need icons to Office apps in Outlook--if I need to open one of those apps, I'll use the icons in my Windows taskbar. But that's a minor issue.
