They are good seats but if people in the box in front stand up and they're tall it completely blocks the center of the stage. Try to get corner seats for this row. If people in the box stay seated it's actually a good view.

This is the view from section 228 row 28 seat 1 which is the very last row in the nosebleeds. In my opinion is avoid the last 8 rows due to obstruction of the ceiling and that AC vent pipe prevents you from seeing the screen of the performance.
