Login to your Huawei app in Health app. If there is a problem with updating the app, delete Health app data, disconnect the internet, open Health app, configure language and location, close the app, enable the internet, open Health app again. Jan 1, 2020 · Hi have a Huawei Nova 3i phone & recently acquired Huawei GT2-A98 watch. The Health App was working fine until 1/1/20. However for the past 2 nights the watch has recorded 7 & 6 hours respectively whereas the Sleep app shows no sleep on the night of 1/1/20 and 2:54 hour nap on night of 2/1/20. All other Health apps are functioning OK .

Jul 9, 2022 · Health Sync can sync from Huawei Health to Samsung Health, but steps can't be written to Samsung Health. But activities, heart rate, sleep, oxygen saturation etc. can be synced. Samsung doesn't allow any app to write steps to Samsung Health. We don't know if Samsung will support uploading steps from Health Connect to Samsung Health.

May 24, 2023 · yeah huawei watches are very good as far as hardware is concerned, but an absolute dictatorial menacing tyrant in the software, they'll want every single access / privilage, not to mention it's installed as a side-loaded APK rather than through the Play Store / App Store, so it has near-root-level accesss... tough to live with.

Apr 17, 2021 · I'm having the same issue as OP - for whatever reason the Huawei Health App only imported data from 2021 to my new phone. I would also like to change apps but I am starting by downloading Huawei Health onto the new phone, will try importing the data from the old phone, and then see if I can sync it to a new app from there...

Oct 2, 2022 · Also, in regards to App updates. Huawei stopped providing updates there on the Play Store was obviously due to the ban. If you want to get your Huawei Health updated, then you can also use their own app store, Huawei AppGallery. That's the only thing Huawei can do, at least for now. Because the sanctions really impacted their branding too much.
