I called Edward Jones Help and they gave me a simple solution for connecting my Edward Jones account to Quicken: (1) Change Edward Jones password to be less than 20 characters and only alphanumeric characters—no special characters. (2) Close Quicken. (3) Log in to Edward Jones before opening Quicken. (4) Open Quicken and connect accounts. A tip.

PROBLEM FIXED: I'm a MAC user, Version 6.2.2 (Build 602.39004.100), and was unable to access Edward Jones accounts via Quicken for many weeks. Called Edward Jones tech support today...they fixed my problem within 2 minutes. Apparently the "feature code" within EJ environment to allow me to connect Quicken to EJ account needed to be re-enabled.

Jul 17, 2024 · I recently opened 3 Edward Jones accounts, which I can access online. When I try to link the accounts to Quicken, only 1 or the 3 accounts is offered for setup. I did setup that one account. The Edward Jones technical team says the accounts were properly set up by them and that it must be an issue on the Quicken side. How do I get this resolved?

Jan 1, 2024 · so perhaps you're pointing to the wrong "Edward Jones" here, maybe the credit card Edward Jones? If you start over the first thing I'd try is to RESET the Accounts. Looking at the two Edward Jones entities I see that the investment arm uses the Direct Connect method and the Express Web Connect method for downloading.

Hello @l3leblanc, Thank you for your responses. To start with, I suggest deactivating the account(s) experiencing this error, removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts.
