Tommy Trojan Mascot is responsible for leading and increasing crowd participation at Trojans Women’s and Men’s basketball games. In addition, Tommy Trojan Mascot has been featured on ESPN College Gameday, the Jeopardy! College Championships, and appears at numerous Trojan events on campus.

Traveler is a horse who is the mascot of the University of Southern California. Traveler appears at all USC home football games in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum as well as many other outdoor events, including numerous Rose Parades. The current horse is Traveler IX.

For a time, USC had a canine mascot: a mutt named George Tirebiter I. Famous for chasing cars through the USC campus, he first appeared at football games in 1940. In 1947, the mascot was the center of a publicized dognapping by UCLA!
