Though Jacob would be involved its Stephanie and id be really interested if she added the same element as twilight into that book with the concept of Renesmee having her own triangle. Maybe falling in love with a human like her dad and having to navigate who she wants.

Dec 8, 2021 · Jacob, on the other hand, literally wanted to have sex with Bella, and is actively involved with raising Renesmee. These are not the same. I'd still be sqicked out if Jacob imprinted on Renesmee, but it'd be a heck of a lot less creepier had he not been involved with raising her, and met her when she was older.

As to the Jacob found it disgusting to imprint, I'd need to go back and check, and potentially re-read or re-listen to parts of Breaking Dawn, but from memory, Jacob went from imprinting is great to imprinting is controlling for a bit of Book 2 of Breaking Dawn back to imprinting is great when he imprinted on Renesmee.

Aug 4, 2021 · So I kinda think even though it is super creepy the age difference is bearable between Jacob and Renesmee compared to Edward and Bella who are a hundred years apart. Jacob and Renesmee are admittedly 19 years apart or so and that is creepy but they would naturally exist in each other’s life times unlike Bella and Edward.

Nov 6, 2020 · I try really hard to engage with good faith about the imprint. But every single imprint we see has turned romantic in adulthood/adolescence. Given that, Jacob’s presence in Renesmee’s life as an infant feels not great. Despite trying to engage in good faith, the series contradicts itself. It’s clearly not what the imprintee wants.
