Mar 15, 2023 · Same problem. I bought sims 4 on steam (when it was on sale) and I bought like around 4-5 packs after. Now that origin has transferred to ea, when I download sims 4 on steam, sims 4 does not work. When I download it from ea, sims 4 work, but my packs ain't manageable on ea. Any help appreaciated.

Jan 24, 2023 · Number 4, I would still recommend getting at least a few dlc packs including at least one, two, or three additional closed worlds depending on the world's size even with the use of mods/cc. Unless if it one of the biggest closed worlds on the game such as Windenburg or San Myshuno for example I would recommend at least two or three more closed ...

It's because you have the game on your account.: Steam Family Sharing Q&A page A guest will have access to the lender's DLC, but only if the guest doesn't also own the base game. Guests may not purchase DLC for a base game they don't own.

I tried playing Sims 4 when it first came out, but it was terrible. Basegame is definitely better than when it first came out, but even with mods it would be weird playing The Sims 4 without Seasons especially at least partially (but not the only reason why) because you get cold and hot weather outfits but are mostly useless without this pack.

Nov 1, 2024 · You only wrote that you have EP17 folder but not if it is in this location \Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4. There is no logical reason that Steam doesn’t find your DLC. In this case is just the best go to EA AHQ and ask there for help:
