To turn off traffic lights you need to unlock the additional road tools with a development point. It's not an exit ramp if it's not a highway. First thing, are you using highway ramps? The default configuration for intersections doesn’t normally call for signals on highways.

Jun 28, 2024 · You could try putting a wall between the two, so that they'd have to go back to get on the feeder. Long runup lanes before ramps gives them more opportunity to leave the highway at the right place (use assymetric roads for the extra exit lane).
