Olivia Breen (born 26 July 1996) is a Welsh Paralympian athlete, who competes for Wales and Great Britain mainly in T38 sprint and F38 long jump events. She qualified for the 2012 Summer Paralympics and was selected for the T38 100m and 200m sprint and was also part of the T35-38 women's relay team.

Olivia ‘Livvy’ Breen is a double Paralympian and the current T38 Long Jump IPC World Champion. She began training with the junior group of the City of Portsmouth club in England at age 12, but she was not classified as a T38 athlete until 2012.

Olivia Breen has won medals of all colours at Paralympic, World, European and Commonwealth level, specialising in the T38 100m and Long Jump. Her biggest victory of recent times was representing Wales at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, where she beat England’s Sophie Hahn in a pulsating 100m finish to claim gold by 0.04 seconds.
