You see, fight club is a film for adults. It has a lot of violence, bad language and bad people doing bad things in it. And it's story is quite complicated, there are even some adults, who don't understand it. I am sorry, but with five years, aou are way too young to watch this movie.

Apr 24, 2016 · The ending is definitely one of the weirdest things I've ever seen in a story & that's why I love it so much. It can really mean anything. In writing this I've gone from thinking its the narrator preparing himself to die & finally forgetting that Tyler exists to the narrator actually being dead & it being all part of his imagination.

Oct 2, 2021 · There’s a video by FilmComicsExplained on Youtube that I think explains the thematic implications of the ending very well! Basically, he tore down his own internalized issues by killing Tyler, and tore down the external issues of consumerism and “Keeping up with the Jones’” when he let the buildings blow up.

I read Fight Club before the movie came out (on an older family member's recommendation) so the ending wasn't a twist for me (it was in the book, but obviously not in the movie). When I first saw the movie the only thing I didn't like is that the ending was somewhat different and I felt like it changed a big part of what I loved about the book.

There's a few interpretations of the story and it's ending. Forewarning i haven't read Fight Club 2 so this all may be wrong if information in that contradicts it. The first Theory is that the narrator is gay. Tyler represents the ideal hetero man and the narrator lives in the closet and pretends heteronormative behavior through Tyler.

Apr 20, 2016 · Jack definitely seemed to reject the philosophies of Fight Club and Project Mayhem leading up to the end (even when he knew that he was Tyler) even going so far as to sabotage them. So I'm not convinced that his final moments with Tyler enabled Jack to find a compromise with Tyler's philosophies on his own.

It probably doesn't help how so many people who love Fight Club completely missed the point of the movie/book. The average Fight Club fan reminds me of cops with a Punisher sticker on their car: "You missed the point, bozo." If my creation had the …
