When you change or reset your password, you’ll need to verify your account with a 6-digit passcode that gets sent to the email address associated with your MyDisney account. Keep in mind that your unique code will expire after 15 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam folders or select Resend to send another 6-digit code.

You may be asked to verify your account details, because the password you entered for Disney+ is not the same as the password you previously used for your Walt Disney Company account.

I was able to log in last night but this morning it's asking me for the 6 digit verification code. Its been nearly 2 hours and still no email.

Sep 12, 2019 · I opened the app and it said I had to verify the account using the code sent to my e-mail. However, I've looked in every folder (spam included), and it isn't there. Trying to resend the e-mail doesn't seem to work either, as I've pressed that button many times by now.
