Indeed, as we all know, Schotty came to the team in a role that was considered unique for any team to employ... Jan 10, 2025 · It would not be the best decision. There have been a mix of coaches over the past five years but Mike McCarthy has overseen every staffing version. Dallas netted both winning and losing seasons. A streak of five postseason appearances is noteworthy but he has had ample opportunity to do the job. It is not his fault the GM cannot uphold his end.
