Rather than stocking up on their favorite sunscreens, lip tints and toners, some shoppers are taking a pause due to the tariff uncertainty.

The USITC released a preliminary report of its investigation. The report, Hardwood and Decorative Plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam, stated that the industry was hurt by these imports and found that the "imports from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations are not negligible."
