Pop star Jessie J has been diagnosed with 'early breast cancer' and will undergo surgery after Capital's Summertime Ball later this month.

The package for mayoral authorities is expected to include funding to extend the metros in Tyne and Wear, Greater Manchester and the West Midlands.
