The Fulton County chief medical examiner took the stand in the Secoriea Turner murder trial, describing the fatal wounds Turner suffered.

Closing arguments are scheduled to begin today in the trial of a man accused in the shooting death of 8-year-old Secoriea Turner during the summer of 2020.

Channel 2’s Audrey Washington spoke with the girl’s mother, Charmaine Turner, moments after Julian Conley’s conviction and sentencing. “Justice was served,” she said. “I appreciate all they have done to get to the bottom of it and the truth.”
