A former top aide to Sean “Diddy” Combs has testified at his sex trafficking trial that the music mogul threatened her with death on her first day on the job.

Sean Combs’s lead counsel, Marc Agnifilo, ended court on Wednesday afternoon with a plea to Judge Arun Subramanian for increased access to the music mogul. Agnifilo said that they have been forced to "make decisions without" the rapper as the defense only has access to him until 7pm.
