According to a news release officers arrested 20-year old David Rodriguez and later encountered 18-year old Jakari Jordan who police said pointed a gun at an officer, the officer fired their gun, but missed. Jordan fled and was arrested after a short chase and was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer. Rodriguez also faces charges.

Police have arrested the man suspected of shooting the driver of a vehicle that rammed into a crowd outside a Los Angeles nightclub last month.

Redondo Beach, a coastal city about 21 miles southwest of downtown Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. His arrest comes just days after police had identified Villalobos as the suspected gunman in the July 19 shooting.

A manhunt continues for Michael Paul Brown, 45, who's accused of killing four people after opening fire at The Owl Bar in rural Montana on Aug. 1.

Police say the suspect was "a regular" at the bar where he opened fire, and that a bartender and three patrons were among the victims.
