The Peace Bridge inspired the mental health provider to write the song “Peace on Earth Bridge” as an uplifting piece to encourage people to set aside differences and come together.

The concert climaxed during the arrival of “Peace on Earth,” which entered the band’s repertoire for the first time, following Matthews’ solo debut in Houston earlier this month.
