A person was killed after their car crashed into a historic Manhasset building and burst into flames early Thursday, causing street closures, authorities said. Around 5:41 a.m., fire officials received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle that crashed into the Society of Friends Meeting House at 1421 Northern Blvd.
