Hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers stormed the streets in the rain to attend the anti-Trump 'No Kings' protest in Bryant Park on Saturday afternoon. An estimated 50,000 people turned up to the protest in the heart of Manhattan intended to counter President Donald Trump's 250th military anniversary parade in the nation's capital in tandem with his 79th birthday celebration.

That’s part of why George Atkinson, a former high school government teacher, felt compelled to join a protest in downtown Houston on Saturday. The 89-year-old affixed a sign to his walker that read, “The clothes have no emperor! He’s all hat and no cattle!”
