The Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly not pursuing a trade for Utah Jazz power forward John Collins despite a clear offseason need at the position, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

The Jazz, though, have made Kessler unavailable for some time, which might have contributed to reports last week that suggested L.A. has interest in trading for Kessler’s teammate John

With the Lakers looking to improve this offseason, they’ve reportedly had conversations with the Jazz about John Collins.
