Palmeiras came from behind to play Inter Miami to a 2-2 draw in front of an electric crowd at Hard Rock Stadium, and both clubs advanced to the Club World Cup round of 16.

The MLS side finished as runners-up in Group A and were left disappointed after squandering a 2-0 lead. Goals from Tadeo Allende and Luis Suarez put them in the driver's seat for top spot but Palmeiras staged a late comeback to go back above them,

Inter Miami appeared to be cruising to a victory in the match, which would clinch the group. But Palmerias battled back, scoring twice in the final 15 minutes. Paulinho and Mauricio, two substitutes, scored in the 80th and 87th minute, respectively.
