Camp Mystic confirmed at least 27 campers and counselors died when flash flooding struck the Christian girls camp with 750 children in attendance.

Nine-year-old Janie Hunt, a relative of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, was one of the Camp Mystic campers who died due to flooding in Texas over the weekend. Clark's wife, Tavia Hunt, posted to social media revealing that the family had lost Janie Hunt due to the Texas flooding.
