Manufacturer FreshRealm issued a voluntary recall of some ready-to-eat chicken fettuccine Alfredo meals sold nationwide that are linked to a listeria outbreak.

The chicken dishes could be linked to a possible outbreak strain of listeria associated with three deaths and one fetal loss.

A ready-to-eat chicken fettuccine alfredo product sold at Kroger and Walmart is being recalled after an outbreak of Listeria killed at least four people, including a baby, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
