Jahmeir Snow says the burglar broke down the door to get in, then, for some reason, fired shots inside before stealing the dog.

"Tooty," a female French Bulldog, was taken during the burglary, which occurred in the 4100 block of North West St. on May 30.

The Wilmington Police Department is investigating an armed robbery. According to police, officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of North West Street for a burglary at approximately 1:14 a.m. on May 30.
