Officials are looking to relocate detainees being held at Delaney Hall, a Newark immigration facility, after a riot that resulted in several escapes.

Four detainees at an immigration detention center in New Jersey remain unaccounted for on Friday, according to law enforcement officials, following what the city's mayor referred to as an "uprising" at the facility.

New Jersey Democratic Congresswoman LaMonica McIver was indicted Tuesday on federal charges alleging she impeded and interfered with immigration officers outside a New Jersey detention center while Newark’s mayor was being arrested after he tried to join a congressional oversight visit at the facility.
