The Los Angeles Rams struck gold in the 2024 NFL draft when they added both Jared Verse and Braden Fiske in the first and second rounds, respectively. Verse won Defensive Rookie of the Year, while Fiske added 8.5 sacks in his first season.

Coming off successful rookie seasons, the two defensive linemen are being urged to just be themselves and not worry about compiling statistics.

Braden Fiske missed most of the Los Angeles Rams ’ playoff loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in January after injuring his knee early in the game. It wasn’t a long-term injury, but it was serious enough to sideline him for the remainder of the contest and require offseason surgery.
