Billy Wagner struck a thankful and humble tone in his 18-minute induction speech at the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Dave Parker, who died a month before he was to be inducted, and Dick Allen got into the Hall posthumously after being voted in by the classics committee.

Billy Wagner called his tenure with the Houston Astros "the best part" of his career in an emotional speech while accepting induction Sunday to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y .
