According to a report Sunday night from On3's Hayes Fawcett, long-time Alabama Crimson Tide football commit Chris Booker has officially shut-down his recruitment. Booker was one of the first member's of Alabama 's 2026 class to commit to the Crimson Tide, doing so back in February of 2025.

The Alabama football team is having a fun Monday as it has now flipped two recruits from Big Ten schools. First, the Crimson Tide landed four-star running back Javari Bennett, who was originally committed to Illinois.
