ALLENTOWN, Pa. -- A Lehigh Valley developer says the City of Allentown's failure to clean up piles of trash and a homeless encampment along the Jordan Creek is directly harming his properties.

"It's new, and they just developed this area," Sanchez said. "It's only been about a year." But they say, they agree with the developer, who's suing the city over its adjacent areas.
