Specify a custom active Power Plan. This method requires the use of the Local Group Policy Editor. The Local Group Policy Editor is not available on Windows 11/10 Home Edition.

Because of this issue, Windows 11/10 cannot save the power plan resulting in unusual sleep mode, brightness issues, etc. In most cases, it is changed to high performance.
