Black propaganda inevitably involves lying and dishonesty. As a lifelong PR man, I am an expert on propaganda. That is, I’m an expert on white propaganda and some gray. Not black. Never black.

When the decision is clearly defined and truly black and white, it’s easy to make. When you’re operating in the gray space, that decision making becomes more complex.
