The Bensalem Council approved an amended land development plan for housing developer Lennar to build 106 townhomes in phase two of its Waterside community along the Delaware River.

For comparison, Waterside would be 1,300 homes on 470 acres while Massey is approved for 1,008 homes on 465 acres.
