Iga Swiatek made a strong comeback to defeat Elena Rybakina 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 in the WTA French Open 2025 fourth round. After a tough start, Swiatek fought back, extending her winning streak at Roland-Garros to 25 matches and pursuing a record fourth consecutive title.

Iga Swiatek turned things around at Roland-Garros after dropping eight of the first nine games against 12th-seeded Elena Rybakina in the fourth round and put together a 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory to extend her bid for a record fourth consecutive French Open championship.

Swiatek will face Elina Svitolina, who sprung a surprise by knocking out fourth seed and last year's runner-up Jasmine Paolini, in the quarter-final. The 30-year-old from Ukraine saved three match points before winning 6-4 6-7 (6) 6-1 in another dramatic match.
