PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — In Virginia, state police unveil a brand-new design for the 2025 vehicle safety state inspection stickers.

The new sticker includes a holographic state seal and an image of a dogwood tree flower, which Virginia State Police said are images that are difficult for counterfeiters to effectively copy.
