Residents of Mantua packed the town hall to voice concerns over what some believe was excessive use of force by Police Chief Dakota Midkiff during the arrest of a 76-year-old.

This year’s town halls are reminiscent of the tea party pushback 15 years ago, but the differences should make Republicans more nervous, not less.
