The University of Tennessee's enrollment goal of 41,000 students by 2030 just got bigger, thanks in part to an online partnership with Arizona State.

Winston, who died at the age of 95 on Jan. 25, 2023, attended the University of Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1952, according to his obituary.
