The UT fan website Burnt Orange Nation drew attention to the Kossuth Aggies' use of the longhorn in May, calling it "sacrilege" for a maroon high school named the Aggies to use it.
The high school and Florida State reached an agreement that allowed the school to keep using the logo. And in 2010, UT-Austin asked a Kansas high school to stop using the longhorn.
