An ensemble of Army soldiers fired up the fife and drums on board the USS Constitution on Monday to provide a patriotic flair to the summer heat.

USS stands for United States Ship, and is used for Navy ships that are currently in active service. The designation has been used since the 1790s.
"When I look out onto the ocean, I just find it a place that's easy to pray, easy to sense the presence of God, the truth of the infinite," Archbishop Richard Hennin said.
