Keith Hobbs has been named the new head of USC Verdugo Hills Hospital and steps into the role Jan. 4 after 20 years with Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

Verdugo Hills Hospital on the border of Glendale and La Canada Flintridge. Hospital officials announced on July 24 that Verdugo Hills will merge with USC medical centers by the end of the year.
